Required education, training, and experience:
? Prefer an Associate’s degree or better
? Serv Safe Certified with Three or more years of experience in foodservice management or a related field, with experience in a leadership/supervisory role preferred, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
? Working knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements governing Child Nutrition Programs.
? Knowledge of principles of sound nutrition and special diets as they pertain to Child Nutrition Programs.
