Job Description

Needham High School is accepting applications for the position of Club Sailing Coach for the 2021 Spring Season and/or 2021 Fall Season NHS is a member of the highly competitive Bay State Conference and Mass Bay Sailing League.  NHS is looking for a skilled leader, mentor and communicator, with proven coaching experience to continue to develop the Club Sailing program.  Competitive Sailing and/or coaching experience is preferred.  Candidates must have a US Sailing Small Boat Level 1 Instructor Certification and candidate must demonstrate the ability to maintain a competitive team, and overall program, while adhering to the values of NHS and the rules and regulations of the MBL
