The Needham Public Schools seeks outstanding applicants for the position of Speech-Language Pathologist for a preschool student who receives home-based speech-language services. This position is a 0.1 FTE, which is 2.5 hours weekly (2.25 hours of direct service and 15 minutes of consult to the team).
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide home-baesd speech-language services to a preschool student. The candidate must have experience working with students with multiple disabilities, AAC, total communication, and working as a member of a collaborative early childhood team.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence
Massachusetts board licensure
DESE speech licensure
Experience working in an inclusion educational setting
Experience evaluating preschool-age students
Experience working with preschool-age students, including students with complex communication needs and global developmental delays
Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and Commonwealth of MA license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
